Member Resolution Specialist

The Role:

• You'll take ownership of member claims from start to finish, delivering thoughtful solutions and exceptional service.
• You'll investigate vehicle damage, determine liability, and coordinate with ICBC, Fleet, and Member Services.
• You'll support billing, registrations, and other operational processes to keep members moving.

What You'll Bring:

• A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, plus three or more years in claims, customer service, or operations.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
