• This role is a hybrid of financial investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic dispute negotiation.
• You will look for billing discrepancies, investigate fraud, and build data-backed cases.

Responsibilities:

• Advise account managers and management on best practices to handle billing disputes.
• Negotiate with customers and carriers to resolve discrepancies and fraud.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of disputes and build dashboards to communicate key metrics.
