Senior Recruiter – Motorsports & Performance Recruiting – Supporting Ford US Recruiting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles in motorsports and performance automotive.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and ensure a great candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in niche markets; knowledge of motorsports preferred.
• Strong ATS/CRM skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
