Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles in motorsports and performance automotive.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and ensure a great candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates in niche markets; knowledge of motorsports preferred.
- Strong ATS/CRM skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
