Job Description

The Major Accounts Manager will identify, manage and grow relationships with major residential accounts including builders, developers, multi-family property managers, software platforms, OEMS, and contractor groups. They will develop tailored solutions and growth strategies that meet the unique requirements of each account and ensure durable and repeatable sales motions for Palmetto products. This role will lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service level agreements with a focus on long-term partnership and mutual profitability. They will collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction as well as rapid refinement to tools, resources, and partner support processes and gather field-level feedback to inform platform improvements and partner enablement content. This person will conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations, identifying growth areas within existing opportunities and attend trade events, builder meetings, and networking functions to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
