Job Description
Renewal Ownership & Revenue Growth:
- Manage a territory-based book of existing customers to drive on-time renewal of service contracts.
- Generate and deliver renewal quotes, including options for multi-year agreements.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Executives & Managers to align renewal activities with the broader account strategy.
- Partner with Field Service Engineers, Technical Support to understand instrument performance.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure accurate contract activation.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct proactive outreach to customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings about upcoming service expirations.
- Educate customers on the importance of service coverage for uptime and workflow reliability.
- Identify at-risk renewals and work with Account Executives to develop recovery strategies.
