As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage and drive the end-end recruitment process globally, with a focus in our EMEA Region. The role involves stakeholder management, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and advising them on best practices. Candidate sourcing is a key aspect, utilizing various channels to identify potential candidates and implementing innovative techniques to attract passive candidates.
You'll conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit, while also ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular communication and timely feedback. As an ambassador for the company's brand, you will promote a positive image to candidates and the external community, engaging in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation.
