Core Responsibilities:
- Own direct mail end-to-end: cadence, creative testing, vendor management, and cost accounting.
- Reverse scan-rate decline by diagnosing creative fatigue, cadence, saturation, or data quality.
- Build instrumentation so every decision becomes reusable training data for AI targeting.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in direct mail/offline channel marketing, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Print vendor management (e.g., RRD) and A/B testing with sample-size understanding.
- Salesforce, Braze, and lead-grain data reasoning skills.
