About The Role:

  • Build and scale our AI outbound engine across two brands
  • Own campaigns end-to-end (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the smart combination of AI and automation tools

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, or Outbound
  • Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
  • Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with automation & AI

What We Offer:

  • Our office is in Berlin, but in this role, we offer a remote contract within Germany.
  • And if you wish, you can work from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.
