About The Role:
- Build and scale our AI outbound engine across two brands
- Own campaigns end-to-end (targeting, list building, sequencing, optimization)
- Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads through the smart combination of AI and automation tools
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth, RevOps, or Outbound
- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo)
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with automation & AI
What We Offer:
- Our office is in Berlin, but in this role, we offer a remote contract within Germany.
- And if you wish, you can work from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.
