About the Role:
- As a Referral Coordinator, you will optimize the referral capture process for Covered Entities.
- This role requires attention to detail, EMR knowledge, and strong coordination skills.
What You'll Do:
- Review potentially eligible prescription claims and capture verified claims.
- Coordinate with facilities to retrieve medical records and audit claims.
- Develop and present reports to clients and track department KPIs.
