Payments Operations Analyst

THE ROLE:

• We're looking for a Payments Operations Analyst to keep our money movement rails running smoothly.
• You'll be the operational glue between Astra, our sponsor banks, and our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Monitor daily transaction activity across ACH, RTP/FedNow, and card rails for anomalies.
• Triage and resolve payment exceptions, including ACH returns and decline codes.
• Draft operational emails to sponsor banks and maintain a log of open items.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 0–2 years of experience in payments operations or related fintech role.
• Willingness to learn payment rails quickly and write SQL queries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent threads.
