Job Description

The Sr. Technical Consultant, Expert Services is the functional and technical expert of a customer engagement team, consulting with customers and configuring the ServiceNow Platform products based on configuration best practices – all with the goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of platform solutions, supporting engagement efforts related to platform wide process definition, and leading customer design workshops across multiple ServiceNow platform products and capabilities. You will also guide customers in completing required documentation and provide oversight/training for the customer’s future system administrators. The successful candidate will lead technical aspects of project delivery, develop required integration components, prepare customer-facing deliverables, and promote continuous improvement practices. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work on multiple complex projects and travel up to 50% annually.
