Job Description

Account Management:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of targeted enterprise accounts.
  • Manage the full customer journey, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions.

Business Development:

  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Proven success in developing greenfield territories and driving net new business.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships and expanding account footprints across the DACH region and other European markets.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with sales development representatives and other internal teams to maximize account penetration and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (native or fluent) and English (fluent).
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
