Ensure an innovative, effective, and inclusive work culture to retain and grow the best talent. Directly manage the People Operations team, including development, coaching, and performance management. Lead and develop new People team leaders to build bench strength as the business grows. Establish strong collaborative relationships across the organization with Finance & Accounting, Enterprise Technology, Internal Communications, Legal & Compliance, and Product.
Lead the People Operations team through strategic processes and projects. Design, deliver, and monitor the strategic roadmap for the People Operations function. Oversee payroll approval and manage the People Operations and Technology budget as well as vendor relationships. Own the strategic design and administration of our HRIS (Workday) and have oversight for the People tech stack. Partner across the PTE team to identify and prioritize system development needs. Monitor and troubleshoot the HRIS system to ensure data integrity and system compliance.
