What You'll Do:
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts.
- Act as a long-term partner to candidates.
- Lead regional efforts to position Gratia as the employer of choice.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
