- Build targeted talent pipelines aligned with role requirements and Martell Media values
- Conduct personalized outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Pipelines:
- Maintain clean and accurate candidate records in our ATS
- Track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline health
Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role priorities
- Iterate on sourcing strategies based on feedback and hiring outcomes
