About the role:
- We need a hands-on People Operations Manager to bring order to the full employee journey.
- This is not about strategy; you will own practical problems and see results.
What you will do:
- Coordinate contracts, payroll, employee records, onboarding, and exits.
- Support managers through formal warnings, PIPs, and performance procedures.
- Track hiring progress and improve retention through better data.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of hands-on HR or People Operations experience.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets.
- Experience improving or automating processes in a growing company.
