Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be highly organized with strong project and time management skills, prioritizing workload to deliver client commitments and meet deadlines. You will keep opportunities & contacts up-to-date in SFDC with actionable next steps and build trust and credibility with customers. Identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth is key, along with executing customer renewal cycles. The role involves strong organization and documentation skills in Salesforce to track account reviews and document account health checks.
You will need to understand the contractual language of all your customers and research important details about existing customers. Partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Product teams is essential for a smooth transition from onboarding through the annual renewal cycle. You should be proactive in strategic planning, delivering value-based messaging, and strategically planning customer roadmaps. Facilitating quarterly discovery conversations and performing account health checks will help increase the value add of upgrade offerings.
