Transactional Accountant

About the Role:

• Responsible for A/P, A/R, payroll, and accounting review for multiple clients.
• Learn all aspects of the practice through rotational assignments.
• Provide support to the team and clients in various financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively complete rotational assignments in each area of Outsourced Accounting.
• Work with the Accounting Manager to develop plans and goals.
• Process client invoices, credit card transactions, and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience with payroll, payables, receivables, and reconciliation is desired.
• Strong technology skills using Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Intacct preferred.

Work Setup:

• Remote position, open to candidates in the Philippines.
• Must have minimum internet speed of 50-100 Mbps.
• Requires a dedicated home office area and business continuity plan.
