Student Enrollment & Support:
- Guide students through enrollment, funding, travel, and onboarding steps.
- Conduct one-on-one calls to answer questions and ensure readiness.
- Identify and resolve issues that could delay enrollment or attendance.
VA & Funding Administration:
- Serve as School Certifying Official for GI Bill® students.
- Process enrollment certifications and documentation through VA systems.
- Coordinate with VA representatives and external stakeholders.
Enrollment Pipeline Management:
- Manage student progression through enrollment milestones.
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and records.
- Monitor enrollment status and address risks to student arrival.
