About the Role:
- The IT Operations Specialist supports clients and internal teams with onboarding, account access, and technical issues.
- This part-time role (25 hours/week) offers flexible scheduling and 100% remote work from select US states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to gain access to financial, eCommerce, banking, and business systems.
- Support internal IT operations and assist with automation projects to improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain SOPs and training documentation for internal use.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in an IT-related role with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Experience with workflow automation is a major plus.
