About the Role:

• You will run booked demos from our inbound channels, diagnosing prospects, pitching, handling objections, and collecting payment on the same call.
• You will own the pipeline from booked call to signed client, including pre-call prep, follow-up on no-shows, and reschedules.

Results You'll Drive:

• Hit or exceed monthly close rate, cash collected, and new MRR targets.
• Ensure every lead is touched, no-shows worked daily, and the CRM is always accurate.

Requirements:

• 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($2k+/mo retainers or $5k+ one-time) over phone/Zoom.
• Experience closing inbound leads of mixed warmth, including warm audience and cold paid traffic.
• Strong knowledge of your numbers: close rate, show rate, average deal size, and cash collected per month.
