This role involves performing full life cycle technical recruiting and functional roles.

• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating/scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers are key components.
• You will drive strategy initiatives building teams that bring government services to millions.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to share findings and confirm profiles being selected are a good match.

Responsibilities include building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates.

• Creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool, working directly with managers to understand business goals and determine next steps.
• Integrating recruiting best practices and/or process improvements to further company goals.
• Participating in salary and benefit negotiations and making recommendations.
