- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating/scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers are key components.
- You will drive strategy initiatives building teams that bring government services to millions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to share findings and confirm profiles being selected are a good match.
Responsibilities include building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates.
- Creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool, working directly with managers to understand business goals and determine next steps.
- Integrating recruiting best practices and/or process improvements to further company goals.
- Participating in salary and benefit negotiations and making recommendations.
