About the Role:
- This role focuses on clinically selling to maximize the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System in the Houston area.
- The Clinical Sales Representative partners with surgeons and hospital teams to drive adoption and procedure growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy in collaboration with the Clinical Sales Manager.
- Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and OR integration to ensure proficiency.
- Drive sales of instruments and accessories while expanding the user base through key opinion leaders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2 years in healthcare sales.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of the operating room environment is preferred.
