Job Description

The Account Director is a key sales role at GTT, responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities. The role includes targeting new customers to initiate conversations and create opportunities, as well as penetrating existing accounts to uncover further needs. The Account Director sells GTT’s full suite of products and solutions within the Netherlands, including connectivity (SD-WAN, MPLS, Internet). They profile key customers, identify those with a decision-making unit and international footprint, and present GTT solutions. The role also involves building a prospect pipeline, working with marketing support, and driving opportunities from discovery through development to close. A successful candidate will have experience with sales methodologies, enterprise sales experience, confidence in engaging with C-level executives, and knowledge of Cloud, Networking, or Communications. Additionally, the candidate should be ambitious, competitive, and comfortable with technical topics.
