Member Services Executive

Role Overview:

• Deliver empathetic, high-touch support across at-home clinical testing workflows.
• Guide members through account creation, sample collection, MFA, and kit logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and emails and conduct proactive outreach to enroll members in health programs.
• Troubleshoot digital platform issues, document interactions in Salesforce, and assist with QA testing.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on complex cases and recommend SOP improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Native or professional fluency in English and Spanish; 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• High digital literacy with CRM tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Remote role with hourly pay of $19-$21, limited to select U.S. states.
