Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional sales by providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and technical content.
- Manage solutions design via proof of concepts, systems designs, and integration plans, matching customer requirements.
- Educate end-users and system integrators on key system capabilities and product applications.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of field application experience, preferably from the manufacturer side or in the Security market.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships.
Additional responsibilities:
- Support expositions and trade shows as needed, including technical support, product setup, and customer demonstrations.
- Capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback to understand their needs and expectations.
