Partner directly with Engineering to drive full cycle recruiting for technical roles, from interview to close. Source exceptional engineering and data talent using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, as well as any other sourcing tools. Interview candidates for mission-alignment, technical competency, and startup-readiness using structured interviews and assessments. Coordinate and optimize interview pipelines ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and team members. Utilize CoderPad for technical assessments and Metaview.ai to summarize interviews and track trends. Build diverse pipelines and implement strategies that reduce bias and improve equitable hiring outcomes. Maintain clean and accurate data in Ashby and contribute to weekly reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
