Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Onboarding Manager to join our Account Management team. In this role, you will own the client onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition from signed contract to full product adoption. You’ll serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Account Management—driving engagement, enabling early value, and laying the foundation for long-term customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase, you will develop and execute tailored onboarding project plans, ensuring timely and successful implementation. You will also collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and technical requirements. The onboarding manager will guide clients through system integration, training, and go-live milestones while tracking onboarding metrics and proactively mitigating risks. This role involves documenting client needs, transitioning clients to the Customer Success team, and contributing to product and process improvements.
