Role and Responsibilities:

  • Support current Claims products and review internal processes to recommend efficiency improvements.
  • Document and communicate complex solutions, assess project complexity, and estimate timeframes.
  • Develop client relationships, perform claims conversions, and provide technical support including testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in a computing environment.
  • Knowledge of 837 format, UB04/1500/ADA forms, ICD-10 diagnosis, and CPT-4 codes.
  • Hospital and physician billing experience is a plus, along with basic project management skills.
