Support current Claims products and review internal processes to recommend efficiency improvements.
Document and communicate complex solutions, assess project complexity, and estimate timeframes.
Develop client relationships, perform claims conversions, and provide technical support including testing and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in a computing environment.
Knowledge of 837 format, UB04/1500/ADA forms, ICD-10 diagnosis, and CPT-4 codes.
Hospital and physician billing experience is a plus, along with basic project management skills.
