Job Description
This Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role will be responsible for improving how revenue flows through the business by driving operational efficiency, enhancing data accuracy, and aligning cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, with regular exposure to Executive Leadership. Reporting to the Director of FP&A and managing our systems administrator, you will lead initiatives that optimize pipeline forecasting, sales processes, compensation design, and system automation—bringing clarity, scale, and insight to our go-to-market operations.
You’ll design and implement a unified lead lifecycle in our CRM, integrate product usage data with sales activities and establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy across the revenue funnel. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining automation workflows, creating and managing dashboards and reports, and conducting routine audits of CRM and funnel data.
