Sr. Manager, Affiliates

About the Role:

• You'll own the strategy and operations of Helium 10's affiliate program.
• This role offers real autonomy to shape partnership strategy and commission models.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute affiliate program strategy with performance dashboards.
• Design competitive commission structures and lead a distributed team across US, Philippines, China.
• Manage high-value partner relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years managing teams in sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Proven track record of scaling a sales or partnership channel.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication across audiences.
