Job Description

Role responsibilities include: Partnering with Sales to drive renewal strategies and manage the renewal process, taking a lead role in negotiation of renewal contracts, and managing a complex territory to identify customer needs.

Requirements include: 10+ years demonstrated success in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success, experience managing customer retention and adoption of SaaS, and experience with contract renewal processes.

Additional skills include: excellent customer management skills, personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement, and deep expertise with a SaaS model focused on enterprise software.
