Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Marqeta, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, focusing on building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and addressing customer needs through insightful solutions and data-driven strategies. Key activities include collaborating with AE partners to drive customer growth and retention, day-to-day management of customer portfolios, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, creating customer-centric content, identifying business and process improvements, and delivering high-impact presentations. You will perform in-depth analysis to identify macro, business, technology, and pipeline trends for key customers. The ideal candidate is an organization master, self-starter, curious, strategic connector, and possesses a fascination for FinTech.
