EverCommerce is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to focus on the Listen360 product line. This customer experience software enables businesses to effortlessly connect with their customers, build trust and loyalty to reach higher levels of success. The ideal candidate will nurture relationships with the client base at scale, ensuring they receive significant value from our products. This role involves relationship management, strategic account oversight, and direct support to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include establishing client relationships, optimizing ROI, developing client ambassadors, account review, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell features. The candidate will also provide on-going training to client groups, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize our solutions.
