In this role, you will build and deliver impactful enablement programs that elevate seller performance and accelerate revenue growth, ensuring Vantaβs value is consistently and effectively communicated to upmarket prospects and customers.
As an Upmarket GTM Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with our GTM Onboarding Manager to develop onboarding content and certifications, identify skill and productivity gaps, standardize key sales cycle stages, deliver training sessions, partner with PMM to develop effective talk tracks, and measure enablement effectiveness using data from platforms like Gong and Salesforce.
