About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations, this role owns compensation and equity programs globally.
It blends deep technical analysis with end-to-end program ownership, ensuring pay practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant.

Your Daily Adventures:

Designing and governing global rewards programs, including developing policies and job architecture.
Pricing the market by managing survey participation and maintaining global band structures.
Running annual cycles for merit, promotion, and equity grants, including eligibility and budgeting.
Partnering with recruiting and business leaders on compensation recommendations and compliance.
