Key Responsibilities:

Utilize market data to provide compensation recommendations for new positions and internal moves.
Complete market benchmarking and participate in salary surveys.
Partner with business leaders on short-term incentive plan management.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of professional experience in Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or Finance.
Strong to advanced MS Office Excel skills and understanding of compensation practices.
Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range $70,000 - $100,000 USD per year.
