What You'll Do:
- Build complete trip records, prepare invoices, and deliver polished travel packages to clients.
- Verify payments across Stripe, wire, PayPal, and crypto, and keep records accurate in real time.
- Coordinate extras like airport transfers and meals, and escalate issues to your Team Lead.
What You Bring:
- 1-2+ years in travel operations, hospitality, or client coordination.
- Experience with billing tools like FreshBooks and verifying payments across systems.
- Strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and ability to multitask.
