This is a hands-on, high-impact HR Business Partner role for someone who knows how to operate in performance-driven environments, understands the nuances of trader psychology, and can align people strategy with trading floor dynamics. You will take ownership of the key processes specifically for the Trading division, partnering closely with trading leadership to attract top talent, build effective compensation systems, and help shape our employer brand in the trading ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Trading Leadership, owning the full people agenda for the Trading division, contributing to the hiring strategy for traders and technologists, evolving a distinctive employer brand, implementing competitive compensation frameworks, analyzing HR data, facilitating leadership development, and structuring onboarding processes.
