Talent Acquisition Partner (Technology)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Berkeley Technology Services HR and business leaders to understand technical talent needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Lead full life cycle recruiting for technology positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of technology talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and job boards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with five years of professional full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Previous technology recruiting experience strongly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like iCIMS and working in a matrixed organization is a plus.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time remote position based in Dallas, Texas, with occasional travel required.
• The role supports a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
