Senior Regional Marketing Manager

The Role:

• You will develop and execute region-specific demand generation and growth plans to create qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
• This is a highly cross-functional role partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other in-house teams across Marketing.
• You will own programs end to end, manage budgets, analyze funnel impact, and optimize quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a regional growth plan that creates and captures demand with small to medium sized businesses, managing lead capture, nurture, sales handoff, and post-campaign follow-up.
• Identify local buyer needs and trigger moments, then translate them into programs across email, content, webinars, events, and sales activations.
• Partner with internal teams across Analytics, Product Management, Sales, Marketing Operations, and more to align strategy, execution, reporting, and follow-up.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth technology environment.
• Deep marketing channel expertise spanning gated content, paid ads, webinars, field events, email, and sales activations.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using campaign and funnel data to evaluate performance, optimize spend, and improve return on investment.
