About the Role:
- You'll build our international sales organization from zero, securing lighthouse customers.
- You're a player-coach: closing enterprise deals yourself while building the foundation.
- You're scaling: hiring AEs, SEs, and SDRs, and on a path to running global revenue.
What You Will Do:
- Define market entry strategy (ICP, verticals, pricing, GTM) & secure marquee customers.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, navigating enterprise and mid-market deals.
- Build pipeline through outbound, partnerships, and ecosystem channels.
What You Will Bring:
- 8-12 years in B2B SaaS sales, with 3-5+ years leading teams.
- Experience building sales orgs or opening new geographies with international selling experience.
- Skills in enterprise sales, process design, metrics command, and talent acquisition.
