What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Evo members via live chat, phone, and email.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and investigate issues like parking tickets.
- Work remotely in a virtual 24/7 call centre with flexible shifts.
What you bring:
- Diploma or equivalent experience in operations or customer service.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
