Vendor Support Strategy Specialist, MI

Overview:

• Shape and govern third-party support arrangements across the MI product portfolio.
• Collaborate with vendors, product management, and operational teams to translate needs into support coverage and commercial terms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the third-party support strategy for the Medical Informatics product portfolio.
• Lead vendor discussions and negotiations covering service scope, renewals, pricing, and escalation expectations.
• Monitor vendor performance and recommend corrective actions or support-level changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, or healthcare technology.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills; proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Work Environment:

• Remote position based in the US with at least 25% travel required.
• Comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
