Job Description
The Project Coordinator Virtual Assistant will support the day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and communication needs of our traffic control dispatch operations. You’ll serve as a vital link between our field staff, clients, and management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Staff Assignments: Receive and process daily work orders, assign field staff to jobs based on availability and requirements.
Monitor Field Operations: Track staff directions, arrival times, and working hours; ensure adherence to schedules.
Administrative Dispatch Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling logistics, and follow up on pending actions.
Client Communication: Handle inbound calls from clients, provide status updates, and resolve escalations professionally.
Accountability: Oversee field performance and report any issues or delays to leadership.
