Role & Responsibilities:
- Exercise excellent customer service while identifying and properly escalating daily challenges.
- Manage Field Operations including new client start-ups, client retention, and account growth.
- Liaise between EverDriven and clients, providing guidance, direction, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
