Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for benefit counselors.
- Coordinate daily schedule to maximize efficiency and accommodate client needs.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- High school or GED required; must be licensed.
- Independent and self-motivated thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right.
