Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for benefit counselors.
  • Coordinate daily schedule to maximize efficiency and accommodate client needs.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school or GED required; must be licensed.
  • Independent and self-motivated thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right.
