Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments with clients and family in their home to determine participants’ functional skills, abilities, and necessary training requirements.
- Maintain daily contact with family and/or other agency staff as required for individual training.
- Teach while traveling on public transportation, and within the community.
Qualifications:
- Education equivalent to an AA degree from an accredited institution, specializing in social services or special education, or two years of relevant experience.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and own transportation.
- Strong user knowledge of Word and Excel.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay Rate: $28 - $29/hour.
