What You'll Do:
- Create and refine CX content aligned with Roadie’s voice and style, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Legal to maintain accurate, up-to-date resources and messaging.
- Optimize knowledge base search experience and provide regular updates to leadership on performance.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or related field and 2+ years of technical writing experience.
- Experience with Salesforce and content management systems, strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and work independently.
