Associate Technical Writer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and maintain customer-facing content for the Smartsheet Help Center and internal product documentation.
• Partner with product teams to deliver documentation that enables customers, internal teams, and AI experiences to self-serve.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content production, improve quality, and manage rapid product changes.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience writing or editing content for the web, with strong English skills and HTML knowledge.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems, plus experience using AI tools in professional workflows.
• Ability to distill technical jargon into clear, customer-focused language and work with subject matter experts.
